We provide our sector-specific expertise and resources to support areas that will address barriers to innovation, and prioritise opportunities which must convene multidisciplinary stakeholders such as:

  • Cluster building and connecting tools which create a narrative, build investable ventures, disseminated through our many communication channels and over 10,000 stakeholders in NI and across the globe.
  • Advocate to promote a better understanding of the opportunities and barriers to market including regulation, procurement and implementation.
  • We convene skills programmes in Northern Ireland, such as the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur programme and Launchpad to develop and implement new medical products and services to benefit everyone in Northern Ireland.

About the Role

The post-holder is primarily responsible for creating and delivering communications for projects across the organisation, to support building internal and external HIRANI relationships with stakeholders, and potential collaborators in industry, government, academia and health institutions.

This will include delivering on the internal and external communications strategy for HIRANI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
