Salary: £36,399 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (full time)
Location: Hybrid or remote, depending on the location of the successful applicant

The role

As Communications and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Group Marketing Communications to lead Family Fund Business Services’ communications and marketing function and team.

You’ll drive high-performing strategies and campaigns, build relationships with key partners and stakeholders, secure profile-raising opportunities and lead successful brand channels, content and evaluations that make an impact every day.

You’ll increase our brand profile and awareness, develop thought leadership opportunities and ensure that all communications and marketing activities are integrated, inclusive, coherent and engaging to support our overall organisational strategy and objectives.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is passionate and committed to leading our dynamic communications and marketing team for Family Fund Business Services. You’ll need to be an excellent writer and editor, able to create engaging, high-impact content and campaigns that help our brand stand out with key audiences, while reflecting our mission, vision and values.

You’ll be comfortable managing a team, briefing senior staff for media interviews, proactively identifying opportunities to raise our profile, leading photography and videography shoots, managing a range of communications and marketing channels, and supporting and developing colleagues. You’ll be confident using audience insight, data and results to understand how to target audiences effectively and improve our business results.

We’re seeking someone who is commercially minded, results-driven, creative and innovative, with a strong track record of increasing engagement across different channels and audiences. You’ll understand how effective communications and marketing supports organisational growth and helps deliver measurable outcomes.
