An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications Business Partner to join a leading international organisation on an interim basis, providing support to senior executives during a period of change.

This role would suit a seasoned communications professional who is comfortable operating at executive level, crafting compelling leadership communications and advising senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic communications.
  • Draft speeches, presentations, briefing papers, talking points and executive messaging.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications plans.
  • Manage communications activity across multiple high-profile projects and events.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and influence at all levels.

Background

You will be a highly credible communications professional with experience supporting senior leadership teams and operating in complex stakeholder environments.

Key Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have a background in ESG, Responsible Investment, Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, Sustainability, or Membership Organisations, operating within the investment and responsible business/investment landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Significant experience working with executive and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and copywriting abilities.
  • Experience producing speeches, scripts, leadership messaging and briefing materials.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering internal and external communications strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working with competing demands.
