We're partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed group that has grown rapidly through acquisition and continues to invest heavily in technology, infrastructure and transformation.

As the business continues to integrate new brands and expand its footprint, we're seeking a Communications & Connectivity Project Manager to lead critical telecoms, connectivity and end-user communication initiatives across a complex, multi-brand environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, managing suppliers and delivering business-critical technology programmes without being hands-on technically.

Working patterns - 4 days per week in the office (central London), 1 day remote as standard.

The Role

You'll take ownership of communications and connectivity change programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders, suppliers and acquired businesses. Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading cloud telephony and communications migration programmes, including major platform transitions.
  • Delivering connectivity change and transition projects across multiple sites and business units.
  • Managing mobile services and associated supplier relationships.
  • Driving adoption, stakeholder engagement and change communications across the organisation.
  • Creating repeatable operational processes and supplier runbooks to improve service consistency and scalability.
  • Holding managed service providers and third-party suppliers accountable for successful delivery.
  • Challenging technical designs and recommendations to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Supporting integration and transformation activities across a growing portfolio of acquired businesses.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with enough technical understanding to engage credibly with suppliers and stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Experience delivering cloud telephony, communications or connectivity migration projects.
  • Strong project, programme and cutover management expertise.
  • Experience managing third-party technology suppliers and MSPs.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across a complex organisation.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-site or acquisitive environments would be highly advantageous.
