As a Communications & Content Assistant based in Manchester

You'll play a key role in crafting and delivering engaging content that supports the organisation's goals. From managing social media platforms to creating impactful written materials, you'll help keep the Public sector messaging clear and effective.

Description

  • Create and manage content for digital and offline communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of communication activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Assist in organising and promoting events and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Respond to enquiries and engage with audiences across various platforms.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and quality.

A successful Communications & Content Assistant should have:
