We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Communications Coordinator, supporting the delivery of PR and influencer activity across the Fenwick brand. This role will play a key part in bringing campaigns to life and amplify the Fenwick brand through media, partnerships and events, while ensuring all activity is aligned to business priorities and delivered to a high standard.
We offer hybrid working between your home and our offices on Wigmore Street, Central London, offering a collaborative and innovative working space.

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of PR, influencer and communications activity, helping to bring campaigns to life and amplify the Fenwick brand through earned media, partnerships and events. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll ensure activity is aligned to business priorities and delivered to a consistently high standard.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating PR and influencer campaigns across the marketing calendar, managing day-to-day activity including product gifting, sample loans, campaign logistics, timelines and approvals. You’ll build strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies and internal teams, while working cross-functionally with Buying, Retail, Digital and Finance to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with commercial objectives.
A strong attention to detail and organisational mindset will be key, as you’ll track performance, maintain campaign data and support reporting across PR and influencer activity. You’ll also stay up to date with industry trends, helping to identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and keep activity fresh and engaging. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with plenty of scope to learn and make an impact.
What we are looking for in a candidate...
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in PR, influencer marketing, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Confident building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how PR and influencer activity supports brand and business objectives.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. Experience with media databases or influencer platforms is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
