The Company:

Stream is on a mission to bring better financial wellbeing to frontline workers.

We partner with some of the world’s most famous employers, like Bupa, Burger King, Green King and the mighty NHS to give their teams access to fairer financial services - all built around flexible pay. Over three million people can now choose how often they’re paid, track their shifts and earnings, start saving, use budgeting tools, get free financial coaching, and access fairer financial products. All in one financial wellbeing super-app.

Stream is unique: VC-backed and growing at scale-up pace, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading financial charities and impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter - which means every product we build has to improve financial health and reduce the $5.6bn ‘premium’ lower-income earners pay for financial services each year.

You’d be joining a team of over 300 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, proactive, and delivery-focused communications leader to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. As our Communications & Engagement Manager, you will own and drive the strategy and delivery of high-impact communications campaigns, ensuring seamless stream launches and deep engagement across client organisations.

This role is ideal for an ambitious manager who thrives on autonomy, client interaction, and fast-paced delivery. You will take full ownership of launch comms, turn strategic goals into compelling multi-channel narratives, and directly influence engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch communications
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of pre-launch and launch communications strategies that build awareness, buy-in, and sustained engagement.
    • Develop and execute integrated communications plans, tailoring messaging to diverse manager and employee personas within client organisations.
    • Lead key engagement initiatives, including hosting or facilitating manager webinars, briefing sessions, and launch events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
