Growth brings change. And change demands more than a new strategy.

It demands;

  • Clarity.
  • Connection.
  • Visible leadership.
  • Stories that matter.
  • Recognition that reinforces the right behaviours.

As Clear enters its next phase of growth, we're looking for a Communications & Engagement Partner to help bring all of that to life.

And communication that creates value, not simply more noise.

Working across the Group, you'll lead our communications agenda and coordinate the delivery of our colleague engagement strategy, helping create the clarity, connection and colleague experiences that enable people to perform at their best and support our commercial ambitions.

You'll partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to bring strategy, transformation and people initiatives to life through engaging communication and meaningful colleague experiences. From leadership communications and organisational change to recognition, wellbeing, Employee Voice and culture initiatives, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues understand where we're heading, what matters most and how they contribute to our success.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading Clear's communications strategy and channels, including Clear Connect.
  • Partnering with leaders to translate strategy, business priorities and change into clear, engaging communications.
  • Delivering leadership communications, including Group All Hands, roadshows and executive messaging.
  • Driving colleague engagement initiatives across recognition, wellbeing, EDI, charity, volunteering and Employee Voice.
  • Owning engagement surveys and listening activities, ensuring colleague insight leads to action.
  • Supporting acquisitions, integration activity and transformation programmes through effective communication and engagement.
  • Using data, technology and AI to continuously improve communication effectiveness and colleague experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
