Rapport is looking for a creative and organised Communications & Events Lead to join our Business Excellence team.
Location: Rapport Head Office
Contract: Full time, permanent
Working pattern: Minimum 3 days per week in the office, these days can be flexible unless there is a specific business need.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external communications across Rapport, including newsletters, articles, campaigns, and leadership updates.
- Manage content across our internal engagement platform, our website, and social media channels.
- Be a guardian of the Rapport brand and ensure our communications are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
- Lead the planning and delivery of key events including Award nights, Recognition and Engagement Events, as well as Leadership Conferences.
- Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, budgets, guest lists, communications, and on-the-day delivery.
- Create engaging campaigns that celebrate our people, culture, and achievements.
- Produce creative content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Work with teams across Rapport and Compass to bring new ideas, campaigns, and experiences to life.
- Support wider projects including tenders, mobilisations, and client presentations when required.

Ideal Candidate

- You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
