Life on the Team

At Computacenter, our Communications teams play a critical role in connecting people, programmes and business strategy through clear, engaging and impactful communications.

We're looking for a Communications Analyst to join our GIS (Group Information Services) Communications team, supporting one of Computacenter's most significant transformation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a high-profile business initiative, helping to shape how information is communicated across the organisation and ensuring colleagues remain informed, engaged and aligned throughout the programme journey.

You'll become part of a collaborative communications team whilst working closely with programme leaders, senior stakeholders and project teams to deliver high-quality communication activity that supports programme success.

What You'll Do

As Communications Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging communications that support the Programme and its associated stakeholders. You'll act as a trusted communications partner, helping to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and delivering communication plans aligned to programme objectives.
  • Producing a variety of high-quality written communications, including news articles, leadership messages, presentations, briefings and updates.
  • Managing communication channels and ensuring consistent messaging across audiences.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand communication requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Challenging and influencing stakeholders appropriately to ensure communications are effective and aligned to strategy.
  • Supporting programme leadership with communication planning and execution.
  • Developing engaging PowerPoint presentations and visual communication materials.
  • Ensuring all communications align with Computacenter branding and communication standards.
  • Working closely with project, change and communications teams to ensure clear ownership and alignment of activities.
  • Monitoring communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
