Communications Lead
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Communications Lead to join our dynamic and ambitious team at Digital i. This is an exciting opportunity for you if you’re a communications professional, with experience in entertainment, looking to take the next stride in your career.
In this role, you’ll be working alongside the Marketing Lead to raise awareness of our industry-leading streaming data products and further establish Digital i as the leading provider of global streaming audience data and insights.
This is a varied role that involves press pitching, events and editorial. One day you might be pitching national newspapers with our latest insights on how the nation is watching YouTube and Netflix, the next day you could be working with the insights team to craft attention-grabbing headlines for our latest report into what the world is watching on streaming platforms before spending the evening networking with journalists at an industry event.
The role is ideal for a self-starter who is familiar with the entertainment industry and excited to learn how viewing data powers key decisions at global streaming platforms, broadcasters and major Hollywood studios.
We’re a tight-knit team of go-getters and you’ll be expected to work closely with members of the sales, research, and leadership teams, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across every touchpoint, from the press to events to our in-house whitepapers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
