Job Type: Full-time
Help Shape One of Refresco’s Biggest Transformation Programmes
We're looking for an experienced Communications Lead to play a key role in delivering communications and engagement activity for one of Refresco's most significant business transformation programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working alongside operational and programme teams, and is passionate about helping people navigate change with confidence.
You'll be at the heart of the transformation, working closely with programme leaders, site leadership teams and manufacturing colleagues to ensure employees understand what's changing, why it matters and how they can contribute to a successful outcome.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys delivering, influencing and making a real impact. You won't be starting from scratch—there is already a strong communications framework in place, established stakeholder relationships and a commitment to continuously improving colleague engagement.
We're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility, partner effectively with stakeholders and bring complex change programmes to life through clear, engaging communications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
