Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

GBS

Behind our iconic power brands that touch millions of lives daily – from Dettol and Lysol to Durex and Nurofen – lies a dynamic and vital engine: Reckitt's Global Business Services (GBS).

Fuelled by a culture of positive energy and co-creativity - while learning together - OneReckitt GBS is at the forefront of our business, driving efficiency, standardisation, and innovation across our global operations. We're a fast-paced, purposeful team, constantly seeking to optimise our processes, leverage cutting-edge technology, and deliver exceptional value to every corner of Reckitt. We’re not a traditional back-office function; we’re a strategic powerhouse where diverse individuals with bright minds come together to solve complex challenges, shape future capabilities, and build a better global business that directly helps achieve Reckitt’s mission.

About The Role

The GBS Supply Transformation Communications Lead will define and coordinate the overall communication strategy and plan for the programme. This includes developing compelling, timely and clear communications that support major transformation milestones, drive engagement, and help our people understand and adopt new ways of working.

This role reports directly to the Communications Business Partner for Supply, with a dotted line into the GBS, Organisational Change Management Lead. It forms a key part of the broader Programme Change and Communications team for this project, ensuring a cohesive narrative, consistent stakeholder engagement and alignment across all programme workstreams.

A key part of the role is ensuring all communications uphold the corporate communications strategy, follow Reckitt’s brand guidelines and tone of voice, and apply the approved global templates, cascading them effectively to regional and local markets. Collaboration with external consulting partners will be essential to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency across all communication materials.

Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term contract until December 2027.

Your responsibilities

Transformation Communications

  • Own and maintain the GBS Supply transformation communications plan, ensuring alignment with the overall Supply and GBS communications plans
  • Ensure all messaging adheres to Reckitt brand guidelines, tone of voice and global communication principles
  • Translate complex transformation activities into clear, accessible and engaging communications for diverse global audiences
  • Analyse the people, process, organisation, and technology impacts of change (IOC); develop and execute communication and engagement solutions and plans to align markets and to embed new ways of working
  • Map and understand stakeholder needs across the transformation programme to enable targeted, timely communication
  • Ensure communications reflect the vision and direction of the Chief Supply Officer, SVP CSLP and wider Supply leadership team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
