30 hours per week | Cardiff (hybrid, 1-2 days onsite) | immediate start | maternity cover

We're recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised education organisation for a Stakeholder Communications Manager to join their team on an immediate start maternity cover contract.

This role would suit an experienced communications professional with a strong background in planning and delivering email communications campaigns, managing stakeholders and coordinating communications activity.

There is also the potential to apply for the position should it become permanent in the future.

The Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering stakeholder communications campaigns, ensuring key audiences receive timely, accurate and engaging communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-volume email communications campaigns
  • Managing campaign schedules and communications plans
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating content, approvals and campaign delivery
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and reporting on outcomes
  • Ensuring communications are clear, consistent and aligned with organisational objectives
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

About You

  • ✅ Previous experience in communications, stakeholder engagement or campaign management
  • ✅ Proven experience delivering email-based communications campaigns
  • ✅ Strong project management and organisational skills
  • ✅ Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • ✅ Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • ✅ Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
