Communications Manager
Opportunity to join a leading FTSE-listed property company in a broad corporate communications role, helping to protect and enhance reputation through high-impact internal and external communications, media relations, destination PR and digital content.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will play a key part in delivering strategic communications activity across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and operational teams, the Communications Manager will lead content development, support corporate announcements, manage digital channels, and contribute to issues and crisis communications.

- London – Four days on-site, one from home
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of content across corporate, internal, external, and digital channels.
- Develop engaging communications materials including press releases, statements, presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support corporate announcements, thought leadership activity, and proactive reputation-building campaigns.
- Manage destination PR activity across multiple locations, working closely with agencies and operational stakeholders.
- Develop communications plans for launches, partnerships, events, and key business initiatives.
- Deliver internal communications activity that informs, engages, and aligns employees with business priorities.
- Manage and continually improve intranet content, engagement, and user experience.
- Coordinate colleague events, leadership communications, and town hall activity.
- Manage content across the corporate website, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Support SEO and AI-led content optimization to enhance digital visibility and reputation.
- Develop corporate marketing materials, presentations, photography, video, and branded assets.
- Support awards programs, events, and wider corporate marketing initiatives.
- Play an active role in issues and crisis communications, including media enquiries and reputation management.
- Manage corporate social media channels and use performance insights to optimize future activity.
- Support the delivery of annual and interim results communications and wider corporate reporting activities.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in corporate communications, media relations, internal communications, and digital content.
- Experience working within a listed business, property company, or complex corporate environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Experience managing PR agencies, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of website management, social media, analytics, and content management systems.
- Experience creating corporate marketing materials, presentations, and branded content.
- Knowledge of issues management and crisis communications.
- Confident stakeholder manager with experience advising senior leaders.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using AI tools and digital technologies to improve communication effectiveness is desirable.
