📢 NEW CONTRACT: Communications & Change Management Lead
I'm supporting a major global technology organisation with an initial 6-month transformation programme, with potential for permanent conversion.
We're looking for a senior Change professional to lead communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption around a major workforce / supplier transformation programme.
Locations:
- US: Raleigh/Durham, San Jose, Austin or Atlanta
- UK: London or Manchester

Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
- Travel: Up to 10% fully funded travel
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years' Change Management / OCM experience
- Large-scale enterprise transformation experience
- Ownership of change and communications strategy
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Demonstrable experience driving and measuring adoption
- Experience with contingent workforce, labour sourcing, procurement, strategic suppliers, MSP or VMS transformation is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating independently at Manager / Senior Manager level
- Experience within a large global technology organisation would be a bonus.
