A leading London law firm is looking to appoint a Communications Manager in a newly created role within its Business Development & Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious communications professional who wants to play a genuine role in supporting business growth. The firm sees communications as a revenue generation tool, not simply a brand awareness function, and is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and help position the firm more effectively in the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the firm's external communications and content strategy, working closely with lawyers, business development professionals and senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

This is a highly visible position where you will take ownership of the firm's external content programme, helping lawyers translate complex legal and commercial issues into engaging, market leading content that drives client engagement and supports business development objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
