About Saracens

Founded in 1876, Saracens is one of England's most successful rugby clubs, competing in the Gallagher PREM, Investec Champions Cup and JAECOO Premiership Women's Rugby from our home at StoneX Stadium in North London.

Behind that success sits a century and a half of world-class players, elite performance, and a set of values that still shape everything we do: humility, respect, hard work, discipline. Those values built the club. They're also our why.

As the Original Club of North London, we've recently rebranded - not as a cosmetic refresh, but a statement of where we're heading next. We're building a brand and a way of telling our story that can hold its own against sport and entertainment of any kind - and we need people who want to help write that next chapter.

Role Overview

Saracens are looking for a Comms Manager to deliver the club's day-to-day media, press and communications operations.

This is an operational, deadline-driven role covering press conferences, club and team news, matchday media, accreditation, press releases, editorial content and player communications - working closely with broadcasters, journalists, leagues and internal stakeholders across both the Men's and Women's teams.

You will play a key part in keeping the club's communications running smoothly week to week, protecting Saracens' reputation and supporting a positive relationship between head office, the training ground and the media. The role works closely with the Content team to ensure full synergy between communications and content output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
