Description

Silverstone, the home of British motorsport, is looking for a Communications Manager to lead day-to-day communications delivery across our diverse portfolio of events and experiences. This is a hands-on role for an experienced communications professional who enjoys turning a brief into an impactful campaign, with the confidence to make decisions and see projects through independently. Working within the strategic direction set by the marketing leadership team, you’ll bring strong B2C campaign experience alongside the ability to support our B2B communications. Your background could span sport, entertainment, lifestyle or leisure; motorsport expertise is welcome, but curiosity and a willingness to immerse yourself in our world are just as valuable. You’ll build on our established motorsport media relationships while developing new connections that showcase everything Silverstone has to offer, on and beyond the track.

Silverstone is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk and expects all team members and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and DBS checks at the appropriate level will be obtained prior to employment commencing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
