Communications Manager – Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle

London Office

About Us

Negri Firman PR and Communication is an international communications agency with offices in Milan, London, New York, and Los Angeles. Founded in 2008, we develop tailored communications strategies for clients across fashion, beauty, design, lifestyle, travel, and hospitality, spanning public relations, digital communications, social media, influencer relations, and events.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised, and digitally savvy Communications Manager to join our London office, managing a portfolio of clients across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle through PR and press activities.

This is a broad and hands-on role within a small, entrepreneurial team. Alongside day-to-day account management and media relations, the successful candidate will work closely with the UK Managing Director across client strategy, new business, events, influencer and talent activity, and the smooth running of the London office.

The role offers significant scope to grow, take ownership, and gain exposure for the right results-driven individual.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communications

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and the delivery of communications strategies across assigned accounts.
  • Develop strong story angles and secure high-quality coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and relevant social platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and industry contacts.
  • Produce high-quality press releases, pitches, briefing documents, reports, and other client materials.
  • Manage account timelines, budgets, reporting, and day-to-day administration, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Identify new editorial, promotional, partnership, and brand collaboration opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to creative and strategic new business proposals alongside the UK Managing Director and wider team.

Influencer, Talent & Events

  • Develop and manage influencer and talent activity, including gifting, seeding, dressing, and paid partnerships.
  • Identify relevant influencers, creators, celebrities, and ambassadors aligned with client objectives and audiences.
  • Manage relationships with talent, creators, agents, and management teams, including briefing, negotiation, and delivery.
  • Support the planning and delivery of launches, events, activations, and press trips, including guest lists, invitations, and media, influencer, and talent attendance.
  • Attend and support client events, press trips, and industry appointments in the UK and internationally as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
