Are you a strategic communicator who can bring complex transformation programmes to life?

At The Crown Estate, we create lasting and shared prosperity for the nation. As we embark on a significant Finance Transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to shape the narrative, build engagement and help colleagues navigate change with confidence.

This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role within a business-critical ERP transformation, working with senior leaders and programme teams to deliver communications that inform, inspire and drive adoption across the organisation and beyond.

Purpose of Role

The Communications Manager, Finance Transformation, will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive communications strategy supporting a large-scale ERP transformation programme.

You will create clear, compelling and engaging communications that connect people to the programme vision, support business readiness and help ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Acting as a trusted partner to programme leadership, you will drive effective communication across internal, programme and external audiences throughout the transformation journey.

Why This Role?

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of one of The Crown Estate's most significant transformation programmes.

You'll have the chance to influence how change is understood and experienced across the organisation, working directly with senior stakeholders to shape messaging, strengthen engagement and build momentum behind a major strategic investment.

From leadership communications and organisation-wide campaigns to programme storytelling and stakeholder engagement, you'll play a vital role in helping people understand not just what is changing, but why it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
