Role: Communications Manager

Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 (negotiable DOE)
Type: Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent


Exciting opportunity to lead communications strategy for a market-leading beauty and personal care brand across the UK and Europe. This role will drive PR, influencer marketing, social media, community engagement, and social commerce, while managing agency partners and a small communications team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver communications strategy across UK and European markets.
  • Own social media strategy and performance across organic, paid, and social commerce channels.
  • Develop and oversee PR, influencer, and community engagement programmes.
  • Manage external agency partners, ensuring strong performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth.
  • Manage communications budgets and reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small communications team.
  • Support brand reputation management and community partnership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' communications experience
  • Strong PR and social media expertise
  • Experience managing agencies and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver measurable results
  • Line management experience
  • European market experience desirable
