Talent Frame are delighted to be partnering with this leading Financial Advisory & Wealth Management firm, as they recruit for a Communications Manager into their growing team. This pivotal position offers the chance to shape and deliver high impact, engaging messaging across a dynamic financial advisory environment. The successful candidate will bring energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to ensure everyone - from colleagues to clients - feels informed, supported and aligned with the firm’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive communications plan that aligns with business goals and change initiatives.
  • Craft compelling content for internal, adviser, and client audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Manage daily communications, balancing proactive campaigns with responsive messaging.
  • Lead the management of compliance systems, maintaining accurate records and adherence to regulations.
  • Draft and publish internal updates, leadership messages, and engagement initiatives.
  • Create adviser guidance, FAQs, and launch materials to support client-facing activities.
  • Produce accessible client communications that clearly explain updates and actions needed.
  • Maintain high editing standards, ensuring consistency, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor communication impact, using feedback and data to refine future efforts.

Experience required

  • Strong internal and external communications experience, ideally gained within a financial advisory or wealth management firm.
  • Experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences, including internal teams, advisers, and clients.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.
  • Ability to adapt tone and message for different channels and audiences.
  • Effective stakeholder management, capable of balancing feedback and keeping projects on track.
  • Organised, detail oriented, with good prioritisation skills.
  • Familiar with digital channels, content management, and analysing engagement data.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance, and consumer standards is highly advantageous.
