  • Develop and implement the studio’s external communications strategy across international markets.
  • Own the social media strategy and day-to-day management of the studio’s channels, including content planning, publishing, engagement and performance.
  • Develop an editorial and content strategy that reflects the studio’s design philosophy, projects, people and creative point of view.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and creative teams to identify and develop stories around projects, launches, collaborations and key studio initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with relevant international design, architecture, interiors, hospitality, lifestyle and luxury media.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies around key projects and studio activity.
  • Identify opportunities for editorial coverage, interviews, awards, speaking engagements, events and industry partnerships.

  • Coordinate with photographers, filmmakers, designers and external creative partners to develop high-quality content.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity across social, digital, PR and marketing communications.
  • Develop communications strategies for priority international markets and identify relevant media, platforms, influencers and industry opportunities.
  • Work alongside marketing and business development teams to ensure communications activity supports the studio’s wider commercial and growth objectives.
  • Monitor social, PR and communications performance and use insights to continually refine the strategy.
  • Maintain and develop an international network of media and industry contacts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
