Communications Marketing Manager
Full time; 37.5 hours per week

Haileybury is seeking to appoint a Communications Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of effective communications across the School.
Role
The Communications Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engaging communications and marketing activity that strengthens Haileybury’s reputation, reflects the School’s ethos and values, and supports pupil recruitment and community engagement.
The role has ownership of the School’s physical brand presence, printed and recruitment materials, public relations activity and communications supporting key recruitment events. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Admissions, Digital Marketing Manager, Admissions, Events and Development teams, the postholder will ensure that communications are consistent, compelling and aligned with the School’s wider marketing objectives.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Communications Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, together with proven experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar role. They will have strong copywriting, digital and project management skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver effective communications across multiple channels.
