If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating impactful digital content to illustrate the work we do, this is the role you've been waiting for.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile communications officer with a strong videography and content creation background to join our communications and marketing team at The Christie.

A digital-first storyteller, you'll work with our team on content that captures attention, elevates our reputation, and drives successful campaigns.

You will be part of a highly supportive and talented team that values fresh ideas. If you're digitally-savvy and have the energy and the drive to deliver exceptional work, we want to hear from you.

From storyboarding and shooting to final editing, you will be our go-to creator for engaging video and multimedia content working with the support and input of the wider team.

You'll have a creative eye and will use your expertise (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality filmed and other multimedia assets that bring the fantastic work that The Christie does to life both externally on our social media channels and website, as well as internally on our new staff portal and digital screens.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
