Location: Swindon, hybrid (with flexibility to work from home)
Position Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract Length: 12-month fixed-term contract
Salary: £28,432 to £30,059 per annum

Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and highly organised Communications Officer to join our Communications team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head of Communications and Social Media and Engagement Lead, you'll create compelling digital and social media content that inspires audiences and helps more people engage with the Bible.
- Developing content across multiple platforms.
- Supporting our digital content strategy.
- Ensuring all communications are delivered to the highest standard.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an excellent copywriter with a strong understanding of social media and digital content, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll be a creative thinker, a collaborative team player and a confident communicator who can build strong relationships across the organisation while producing engaging content that connects with a wide range of audiences. You will also be a competent proofreader and editor who can assist others to produce high-quality content.
