There has never been a more exciting time to join The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, working every day to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
We are an ambitious organisation with a strong sense of place. We are proud to be part of our local community and, as a major local employer, want our contribution to Hillingdon to extend beyond the care we provide, supporting local employment, skills, partnerships and the wider wellbeing of our communities.
This is an important time for the Trust. Plans for a new Hillingdon Hospital are progressing as part of the Government’s New Hospital Programme, with modern, digitally enabled facilities set to transform the experience of patients and staff for generations to come.
Our teams continue to improve services and find new ways of delivering better care, which means there are compelling stories to tell every day.
The postholder will also work across Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, bringing further variety to the role and the chance to support a broad communications agenda across both organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
