Location: Ipswich, with regular travel across the Eastern region and to London HQ

Contract: Permanent, part time – 24 hours per week

Salary: Up to £42,000 pro rata, depending on experience, plus 7.5% bonus

About the Role

UK Power Networks is looking for a creative and confident Communications Officer to join its Press Office team on a part-time basis. Based in Ipswich, you will secure positive media coverage across the Eastern region and bring compelling stories to life — from apprenticeships and community initiatives to major operational updates and award entries.

Role Details

The role is three days per week, working 8am to 5pm, with blended working available after probation. You will need your own transport for regional travel, with work travel expenses paid.
