The Role
Brackley, UK
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised proactive individual to support the Head of Communications in ensuring the function runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will work across the Communications team to provide essential operational, administrative and work flow support to help keep the function organised and efficient, aligning day-to-day processes and co-ordinating information flow to ensure the team has what it needs to deliver at pace.
This position is based at our headquarters in Brackley, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day operations: Including supporting budget planning and maintenance, resource planning of team members and content resource, centralising booking process for content resource and calendar management, leading F1 pass submission process, consolidation of all assets created by content and production resource.
- Travel co-ordination: Supporting the travel requirements for the Communications team with the in-house travel department, covering Grands Prix and events and including team members, content resource and influencer programmes.
- Managing finance and legal workflows: Leading the process of implementing all required agreements and finance POs and sales orders for agencies, freelancers and influencers cross-communications.
- Coordination of team kit: Managing the process of team kit provision for AMG, agencies, freelancers and influencers cross-communications, including delivery, tracking, updates across the season.
- Supporting AMG account operations: Integration into the AMG-related workflows, including all finance topics, tracking, weekly meeting mgmt. and attendance at AMG events when required.
- Centralising merchandise and gifting: Bringing together all department requirements for merchandise and gifting to optimising ordering, budgeting, forecasting, usage and storage.
- Providing project support: Integration into Communications-led events, including collateral shoots, launch events, team activities, with the role supporting with scheduling, supplier management, on-site runner responsibilities, post-shoot asset approvals workflows and management.
- Managing Communications team internal activities: Planning and coordination of team building days, work experience and placement programmes.
- Providing meeting support: Management of regular meetings, including diarising, agendas and actions for weekly Communications team, all creator meetings for Grands Prix and events, AMG weeklies and supporting with deck creation for monthly management meetings.
- Supporting on department tracking: Including integration of AMG metrics into wider marketing tracking, leading all reporting for drivers’ tax and other regulatory requirements.
- Management and development of team infrastructure: Including maintenance of filming kits (factory and trackside), management of content creation devices.
- Coordinating planning tools and systems for Communications teams operations. Maintain all process, booking forms, online systems for wider team functions.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong relationship management skills and experience working with stakeholders across multiple sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurised environment, managing multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and acute attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative with a solutions-focused mindset.
