Communications & PR Intern - 6 Month Internship

Repolify is an early-stage RegTech startup building the next generation regulatory engine. The platform allows organisations stay ahead of regulatory and policy change by monitoring developments, identifying what matters, and providing clarity on what to do next.

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team for six months and gain hands-on experience across communications, PR, marketing research and strategy. This is a practical role within an early-stage startup, where you’ll work closely with the founding team and have the opportunity to contribute to work that directly shapes how Repolify grows.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and support our social media channels, including researching and creating content
  • Help produce our monthly newsletter and research relevant developments across policy, regulation and public affairs
  • Monitor our channels for relevant collaboration and partnership opportunities
  • Support research into clients, competitors and marketing strategies
  • Attend selected in-person events to help build Repolify’s network
  • Support the executive team with tasks including interviews, scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Take on additional research and communications projects as they arise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
