Communications Specialist

We're looking for a creative, resourceful Communications Specialist who loves turning ideas into engaging content, solving communication challenges, and finding new ways to connect people.

If you're energized by storytelling, visual design, video creation, and bringing big ideas to life, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be more than a communicator—you'll be a creator and problem solver.

  • Write engaging content for employees across the organization
  • Design graphics, campaigns, and visual communications that capture attention
  • Create videos, stories, and content people actually want to watch and share
  • Manage content across the MyBeacon app, digital signage, email, and other channels
  • Partner with teams across the company to bring initiatives and campaigns to life
  • Find creative solutions to communication challenges
  • Balance multiple projects while delivering high-quality work on tight timelines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of communications, marketing, content creation, or related experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong writing, design, and content creation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
  • Occasional travel for events, content gathering, and storytelling opportunities
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
