UK Internal Communications & Engagement Partner
WaterAid | London | Hybrid
£47,423 per year | 15-month fixed-term contract | Full-time
WaterAid is looking for a strategic and collaborative Internal Communications and Engagement Partner to help connect colleagues with the organisation’s purpose, strategy and wider community.
You will work closely with senior leaders, teams and employee-led groups to strengthen internal communications, employee engagement and organisational change activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the UK internal communications plan
- Advising senior leaders and teams on messaging and communications
- Managing internal channels, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Supporting communications relating to organisational change
- Delivering staff engagement events and projects
- Working with employee-led groups and internal stakeholders
- Supporting communications for key organisational initiatives

Requirements
You will have experience in internal communications and employee engagement, alongside excellent written communication, project-management and stakeholder-advisory skills.
Experience using SharePoint and creating clear, engaging and accessible content is essential.
The role requires a minimum of two days per week spent face-to-face, including time in the London office, at external meetings or travelling.
