TL;DR
One of Conduct's early marketing and comms hires. You'll help build the most exciting brand in enterprise technology from scratch and make sure every CIO, engineer, and future teammate knows it.
Why Conduct
We believe the world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the decade-old systems they run on. Today they don't.
Every process change and every new product line runs into SAP systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human mind can fully comprehend. New requirements take months to ship, system migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain.
We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service.
We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
About the role
We're looking for a Comms Strategist to join a small founding team that is responsible for telling Conduct's story and building its presence in the world. The mandate is broad: you'll work across external, customer, partner, talent, and internal communications, and help shape the strategy behind all of them.
Conduct is building the operating system for the agentic enterprise: one intelligent layer through which companies can understand, orchestrate, and act across every system they run. The most important part of this role is understanding that ambition deeply and telling it in a way that makes customers, talent, partners, and the press see it too. You'll work closely with engineers to translate highly technical concepts into powerful written and visual products; you’ll work with founders to articulate their vision for the agentic enterprise; and you’ll work with other creatives to push the envelope on what’s “allowed” in enterprise tech marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You're a strong writer and editor, comfortable in every medium from white papers and blog posts to social posts and event scripts, and you can synthesize many inputs into something shippable quickly. You'll partner with founders to build talks, brainstorm with leaders on how to land their most important messages, and recommend how to make ideas and artifacts better. You’ll think about communications holistically, exercising taste, because you know that everything matters, not just the words.
You're also a community builder. You know how to reach developers, enterprise practitioners, and talent on X and LinkedIn, and how to turn that online energy into in-person meetups, hackathons, and events that people actually want to come back to.
What you'll do
- Tell the Conduct story across web copy, blog posts, social posts, product content, white papers, keynotes, videos, and more.
- Create content and experiences for events attended by Fortune 500 executives, CIOs, partners, and investors, from trade shows to our own customer conference.
- Grow our communities online and bring them together in person through meetups, hackathons, and partner events.
- Build our employer brand, including the talent narrative, candidate materials, employer brand videos, and recruiting events.
- Run integrated campaigns with internal teams such as sales, product, partnerships, and recruiting, and with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and consultancies.
- Partner with the founders on all-hands, offsites, and company-wide communications.

What we're looking for
- A generalist with sharp creative taste and relentless executional drive. You've built things before (processes, products, companies, side-hustles, communities, events, brands) and you have strong opinions on what great looks like. You don't wait to be told what to do, you see a gap and fill it.
- A clear spike in one or two areas of ownership in this description, and the range to contribute across the rest.
- Exceptional writing and editing, with a strong point of view on design.
- Genuine conviction about the problem Conduct solves. Experience in enterprise technology or AI is a strong plus.
- A track record of growing an audience online and bringing it together in person.
- A bias to action. You ship quickly and are hands-on regardless of seniority.
- Comfort with a broad mandate and the pace of a fast-growing startup.
Your seniority does not matter. What matters is ambition, craft, and the ability to turn ideas into high-quality output, quickly. We're based in London and New York and sponsor visas from everywhere. We're convinced diverse teams build better products and especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out!
