About Us

We are Wiser, a global, award-winning Employer Brand agency. We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients.

But this is a role to lead the Corporate Comms social strategy for one of our biggest clients.

We’re a home for people who think big and expect more. We transform a company’s employer brand internally and externally and change cultures from the ground up.

With creative, strategic, and early talent experts in-house, our clients have a single partnership with Wiser and we deliver end-to-end campaigns helping them to attract and retain the best talent globally.

We believe that people will do their best work when they're in a space that enables it. And that's what we've shaped at Wiser - a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.

To find out more about us, take a look at our website wearewiser.com or check us out on Instagram @wearewiser.

The Role

Wiser is looking for a strategically driven social media thinker with a strong background in corporate social, communications, PR, or editorial storytelling to join the team working with a Fortune 30 brand.

We’re looking for someone who understands how major brands participate in culture and conversation - someone who can shape narratives, spot opportunities, build compelling strategic stories, and translate complex business messaging into social content that feels timely, relevant, and platform-native.

The role sits across strategy, editorial, and communications. You’ll help lead the social media narrative for one of the world’s biggest brands across always-on content, reactive moments, executive storytelling, and broader cultural conversation.

You Should Be Equally Comfortable

  • Building a sharp strategy deck for senior stakeholders
  • Writing news-style social copy
  • Developing narrative territories
  • Contributing to fast-moving creative and editorial conversations

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social, but also understands the nuance, scrutiny, and stakeholder management that comes with operating inside a major corporate ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

Shaping Social Media Narrative & Strategy

  • Develop culturally informed social media strategies and editorial narratives
  • Translate business priorities and corporate messaging into social-first storytelling
  • Identify reactive, cultural, and conversation-led opportunities for the brand
  • Help define how the brand shows up across social media in a way that feels relevant, credible, and differentiated
  • Bring strong instincts around platform behaviour, audience dynamics, and emerging social trends

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
