Overview
Deloitte is seeking a Communications & Strategy Manager to support a key business function in driving internal communications, strategic messaging, and colleague engagement across the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys translating business strategy into engaging content and ensuring key messages reach the right audiences through effective communication channels. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and keen to make an impact, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that align with business objectives.
- Translate complex business initiatives into clear, engaging, and impactful communications.
- Manage communications across multiple digital channels, ensuring messaging is consistent and reaches the appropriate audiences.
- Support strategic initiatives by developing communication plans that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and communicate business strategy effectively.
- Develop storytelling approaches that bring strategic initiatives to life for colleagues across the business.
- Coordinate communication activities, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelines.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within Internal Communications, Strategic Communications, or Communications Business Partner roles.
- Experience developing and delivering communication strategies within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience using multiple communication channels including intranet platforms, newsletters, digital communications, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leaders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to take ownership of delivering high-quality communications.
