About Bas3line
Bas3line is a British Padel brand founded by a racket sports physiotherapist, built on one idea: lightweight performance rackets that help you play better and stay injury free. We're growing through clubs, coaches, ambassadors and direct sales, and this role sits right at the centre of that.
You'll deliver our ambassador programme, organise club visits, demo days and tournament activity, and build the relationships that turn a racket brand into a community.
What we're looking for
- An existing padel network, and credibility with players, coaches and club teams
- Experience in community, ambassador, events or customer relationships, ideally within padel
- A track record in static and video content production. Design skills (Canva or Adobe) are an advantage
- Organised, commercially aware and comfortable working independently
- Coaching qualifications or a high playing level would be a bonus

The practical bit
- Part-time, initially three days a week. London area, combining remote work with regular club visits. Some evening and weekend work. Own car required. Salary, travel expenses and start date to be agreed.
