Working Hours: 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Communities and Partnerships Administrator within our Communities and Partnerships Directorate!
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities relating to commercial facility hire, venue bookings and leasing arrangements.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for employers, schools, community organisations, commercial customers and other stakeholders.
- Support the planning and delivery of community events, partnership activities, stakeholder forums and engagement programmes.
- Provide administrative support for school liaison activities, visits, careers events and outreach programmes.
- Prepare quotations, booking documentation, contracts, correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of commercial activity, partnerships, projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Support CRM data accuracy and stakeholder relationship management.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions across the Directorate.
- Process purchase orders and invoices in accordance with College procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems, processes and customer service standards.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
- Experience in an administration, business support or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.
- Experience organising events, meetings or stakeholder activities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Understanding of GDPR and data management requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
