Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team, who has recent experience of advising clients in a Citizens Advice environment. This is a frontline role supporting people across East Hertfordshire who need help navigating life’s challenges. You will provide information and advice in-person at community venues and by telephone and digital channels where appropriate for the client’s needs. You will handle enquiries ranging from quick information requests to more detailed advice needs in all generalist areas.

Salary
£29,690 - £30,186 FTE (depending on experience)
Hours
30 hours per week Monday to Thursday (flexible, job shares considered)
Contract
Initially, Fixed Term 12 months (extension possible)
Work Pattern
Hybrid working, subject to operational requirements and business need. Working will be split between home and any of our offices, Contact Centres and community venues throughout East Hertfordshire.

Travel
Full driving licence and own car essential (55p per mile and parking reimbursed)
