Company Description

The Purple Elephant Project is a children’s mental health charity supporting over 100 children and their families every week across Richmond, Hounslow and beyond. Through therapeutic services including play and art therapy, we help children feel heard, supported and able to thrive.

Role Description

The Purple Elephant Project is looking for a passionate and energetic Community and Events Fundraiser to grow our fundraising and strengthen our local connections, particularly across the London Boroughs of Richmond and Hounslow.

We are expanding our team with this new role. As Community & Events Fundraiser you would be building on and developing already established relationships with local schools, community groups, supporters and organisations, inspire community fundraising, and plan and deliver exciting events, including our annual Purple Party.

We’re looking for a confident, creative and organised fundraiser who enjoys bringing people together, building lasting relationships and making things happen. Previous experience of community or events fundraising is essential, along with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to the charity’s child-centred ethos.
