The Community and Member Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Glandore’s Belfast location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences by welcoming members and guests, handling daily inquiries, and providing responsive front-of-house support. The Executive coordinates and promotes member events, encourages community engagement, and helps connect members with relevant opportunities and services.

Responsibilities

  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Supporting workspace operations
  • Resolving member issues
  • Ensuring common areas are professional, comfortable, and well-presented
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve services
  • Gathering member feedback
  • Contributing to marketing or communications related to community activities

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and interact professionally with diverse members and stakeholders.
  • Community Engagement and Community Management skills to support member events, foster networking, and nurture an active, inclusive community.
  • Solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly to queries, manage issues with empathy, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ideally have experience in hospitality, coworking, office management, or a client-facing environment, with proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using office and scheduling software, have attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A secondary-level qualification; a further qualification in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
