Community Associate | Fully onsite
We’re currently recruiting for a Community Associate to join a growing, people-focused workspace environment across Manchester and the wider North of England. This is a highly customer-facing role for someone who enjoys creating great experiences, building relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the member and guest experience across the building
- Manage reception and act as the first point of contact
- Support member onboarding, access and office requirements
- Plan and deliver engaging member events
- Build relationships with local partners and suppliers
- Handle meeting room and external booking enquiries
- Support office set-ups and workspace changes
- Help maintain high building and service standards
- Identify ways to improve the member experience and day-to-day operations
