About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Associate to join the team and become the online voice of our brand. This is a unique and rewarding role at the heart of our customer relations team, responsible for humanising our brand and fostering positive, meaningful relationships between our organisation and our customers.
You will implement engagement strategies that enhance the user’s experience and build lasting loyalty. This includes converting customers into advocates across our intelligent automation portfolio and helping deflect support volume. If you are a true people person who thrives on building connections and is energized by working collaboratively with multiple teams, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Get to Do
- Build a sense of belonging by fostering a welcoming, inclusive online community where members feel encouraged to connect, engage, and support one another.
- Coordinate with Customer Marketing to promote customer and partner events on the community.
- Curate and publish blog content: product tutorials, product releases, customer engagement, etc.
- Create opportunities to encourage community engagement through programs such as use cases, ideation, user groups, and product research.
- Route unanswered questions to relevant internal SMEs (Product, Support, Customer Success) or active community members to participate.
- Actively listen to community conversations and feedback and convert them into actionable insights to shape programs, products, and improve member experience.
- Monitor community activity to enforce guidelines, address inappropriate behavior, and escalate sensitive issues to the relevant teams.
- Align community campaigns with product launches (e.g., WorkHQ adoption programs) and customer marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of your own initiatives, using data to inform how you refine your approach.

What You Will Bring
Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years managing a global B2B online community.
- A true people person who is communicative and natural at building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across multiple departments, cultures, and time zones.
- Driven and proactive, capable of multitasking.
- Demonstrated growth of engagement, case deflection, or advocacy metrics through reporting on native platform analytics tools.
Preferred
- Has a passion for technologies such as robotic process automation, agentic artificial intelligence, and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade community forum platforms and customer success platforms.
- Working knowledge of developer/technical audiences.
