Location

At Kindling, our beautiful workspace in White City. Based in the heart of the bustling White City Place, a 2 minute walk from White City Station and a 3 minute walk from Wood Lane Station.

The Role

We’re looking for a hard-working, ambitious, and outgoing Community Associate to join the Oneder team. You’ll be at the centre of the member experience, helping build a collaborative, welcoming environment and ensuring that everything runs smoothly each day.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued.
  • Build strong relationships and foster a sense of belonging within the community.
  • Encourage collaboration and connection between members.
  • Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring it’s clean, functional, and always looking its best.
  • Respond to member issues quickly and effectively, always with a hospitality-first approach.
  • Organise and run our members event programme including management of the budget.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant commercial and social partners.
  • Support tours, onboarding, and enquiries from prospective members.
  • Handle admin tasks including updating records, processing payments, and managing inboxes.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives and community event planning.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas to enhance the member experience and performance of the building.
  • Regular posting on social media to promote the space and the business, and your contribution to the community.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or high touch customer service role.
  • You’re a natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • You love meeting new people and can switch easily between talking to a potential member, a supplier, or a teammate.
  • You’re tech-savvy and able to manage digital tools, trackers, and basic admin tasks with ease.
  • You’re passionate about creating positive experiences and improving what’s around you.
