TRI-FIT

Wetherby, West Yorkshire | On-site + event travel | Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing and highly organised Community & Athlete Manager to become one of the faces of TRI-FIT.

You'll own the relationships and experiences that connect TRI-FIT with the people who race in our products: our TRI-BE amateur race team, professional athletes, affiliates and wider endurance community.

This isn't purely a desk-based community or social-media position.

During race season you'll regularly represent TRI-FIT at triathlons, marathons, swimming events, expos and activations around the UK.

Outside race weekends, you'll be based at our Wetherby HQ working closely with our Brand & Marketing Lead and founder.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Run a calendar of activations for TRI-BE and manage its Strava group.
  • Register TRI-BE as an official Ironman TriClub.
  • Set up and manage a white-label community app for TRI-BE members.
  • Build collaborations and discount-code partnerships with non-competing brands.
  • Manage sponsored and professional athletes: relationships, scouting, race calendars and content commitments.
  • Plan athlete content with the Brand & Marketing Lead.
  • Run the affiliate programme: enquiries, onboarding, kit, content briefs, sourcing and performance.
  • Represent TRI-FIT at triathlons, marathons, ultra-running and swim events, set the promotion approach for each event, and capture email addresses and marketing consent.
  • Create race-day content: reels, interviews and footage.
  • Supervise one or two extra staff at larger events.
  • Organise influencer events, activations and pre-race shakeout runs.
  • Engage with our online community every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
