Our services are grounded in choice, collaboration, and recovery values and always led by the individual’s goals. Position: Community-Based Case Manager
SOAR is seeking a Community-Based Case Manager who is passionate about providing high-quality, community-based direct case management support services while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with weekend and evening on-call hours scheduled as assigned based on staff rotation. This position does work in person at our Madison location and may travel in the Dane County area to meet with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
In exchange, the Case Manager will receive compensation of $21.00 per hour. SOAR offers mileage reimbursement, health, dental, and vision insurance, company paid disability and life insurance, an employee assistance program, a 401(k) with a match up to 6%, and paid time off.
