Company Description

£13.15 – £13.65 per hour | Contracts Available up to 30 hours per week | Paid Travel Time & Mileage

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this community-based role.

At Home Instead Pocklington & Brough, we believe care should never be rushed. Our visits are always a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to genuinely get to know your clients, build meaningful relationships and provide outstanding person-centred care.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for caring, reliable and committed individuals to join our team.

Working Pattern

  • Various working patterns available
  • Shift Times: Morning 8:15am – 2:15 pm | Evening 4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 3 or 4 set weekdays per week
  • Alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday

We are specifically looking for people who can commit to regular and reliable working patterns, as continuity and consistency are incredibly important to both our clients and our team.

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will support older people to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes.

Support may include:

  • Companionship
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication support
  • Shopping and errands
  • Supporting clients to access the community
  • Helping clients maintain independence and dignity
