Home Instead Care Professional – Community-Based Role
Company Description
London | £13.15 – £13.65 per hour Contracts available up to 30 hours per week Paid Travel Time & Mileage
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.

Working Pattern
- Various shift patterns available
- Shift Times:
- Morning: 8:15 AM – 2:15 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3 or 4 weekdays per week
- Alternate weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
Continuity and consistency are crucial for both our clients and our team, so we’re looking for candidates who can commit to a regular schedule.
Job Description
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will support older adults to live safely, happily and independently in their own homes. Duties may include:
- Companionship
- Personal care assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Shopping and errands
- Community access support
- Maintaining clients’ independence and dignity
