Full Time and Part Time Care jobs in West Wales

Due to continued growth, Community Interest Care is looking for caring and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our friendly domiciliary care team across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Bridgend.

We are a not for profit organisation Est. 2021 dedicated to helping people live independently within their own homes and communities. We are proud to have achieved consecutive Excellent CIW ratings, reflecting the high standards of care we provide and the supportive culture we have built for our staff.

The Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support people to live independently and stay connected to their local communities. This may include companionship, personal care, medication support and encouraging people to continue enjoying the activities that matter most to them. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference to people's daily lives.

Skills needed

We are looking for people who are kind, reliable and passionate about supporting others. Experience is welcome but not essential. If you are new to care, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not required.

Working Pattern

Flexible opportunities available across Monday to Sunday, including morning and evening shifts. Both full-time and part-time hours are available. We aim to work with staff where possible to accommodate personal commitments. Overtime opportunities may also be available.
