We are a small family-run sister branch of one of the leading care providers in the UK. We pride ourselves on offering a unique and person-centred service tailored precisely to each of our service user's needs.

About the Role

Abbots Care are seeking kind and compassionate members of our local community to join our expanding team in Dorset and surrounding areas, such as Ferndown and Wimborne and surrounding areas.

Due to the nature of the role and being community based in and around Dorset you will need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as well the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

The Role of a community care assistant includes:

  • Providing personal care including administering of medication
  • Supporting our clients with social activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Supporting with domestic tasks within their homes
  • Offering ongoing companionship to our clients
  • Supporting your clients with their hobbies and social interests.
